Standard Polyethylene (PE) is inherently highly elastic and has a low melting point. When fed into high-speed printing presses, it stretches under web tension, causing severe design misalignment. Furthermore, it burns and warps under heat-sealing jaws. MDOPE (Machine Direction Oriented PE) undergoes intensive mechanical stretching during extrusion, aligning the molecular chains. This increases its tensile stiffness and thermal resistance by up to 300%, allowing it to function flawlessly as a printable outer layer while remaining 100% recyclable within the PE stream.

Matte varnish is a liquid chemical coating applied on standard glossy film post-printing. Over time, it is highly prone to scratching, scuffing, and uneven chemical streaking during overseas shipping. MATOPP is a structurally matte, co-extruded film layer. Its premium frosted texture and smooth hand-feel are embedded within the material itself and cannot rub off. It provides an uncompromised, luxurious anti-glare foundation that perfectly hosts high-definition registered Spot UV enhancements.

Long-distance ocean shipping exposes packaging to violent humidity shifts and high stacking pressure inside cargo containers. To eliminate the risk of layers peeling apart (delamination), we utilize specialized solvent-free dry lamination technology using ultra-pure polyurethane reactive adhesives. Each custom run undergoes controlled curing in static, temperature-monitored incubation chambers for a full 48-72 hours. This ensures cross-linked polymer adhesion that resists moisture migration and volatile chemical attacks.
